You can pay for your online order in several secure ways. Currently you can pay with:

Our average delivery time is 1 to 2 days. We try to ship your parcel the same day so it is delivered the day after.

During busy periods there may be delays and delivery may take longer. We do everything we can to make delivery run as smoothly as possible.

We deliver to all countries within Europe, although shipping costs for countries outside Belgium and the Netherlands are slightly different.

• Within Belgium and the Netherlands, delivery is free above 30 euros. If your order is between €25 and €29.99, delivery costs €3.95. For all orders under €25 you pay €5.70 in delivery costs.
• For the other European countries, shipping is free from €45. For orders below this amount, a shipping cost of approximately €10 is charged.
• Shipping costs are calculated at the end of your order.

Our return policy depends on the reason why you want to send something back. You can see the different reasons below:

The product is not what I expected.

Products can only be returned if they are unused. The cost of a return label is 5.70 euros, and this cost is for your account.
Once we have checked the return, we will start the refund process. The amount will be paid back to the account you placed the order with. You will receive this payment within 10 working days, depending on your card issuer's policy.

I received the wrong product / my product is damaged.

We apologise for this. We will send you a free return label. You can choose to receive a new product or request a refund.
We will sort this out for you as soon as possible. Please contact [email protected] and include the following: your order number, a photo of the problem and the address where you would like to receive your order again.

I would like to return a product because there is something wrong with it.

We do our best to give you top-quality products. Still, a product can occasionally get damaged in transit, or something can go wrong during production.

For our physical products we follow the 2-year legal warranty. This period starts on the day of delivery, so please keep your delivery note or your parcel tracking information.

I don't know how/where to use my discount code

You can enter discount codes before payment. Once you've filled your cart, click 'go to checkout'. Here you'll see an overview of your cart and can enter your delivery address. Below the overview of all products, you can enter your code under 'gift card or discount code'.

My discount code doesn't work.

If your discount code was entered correctly and is valid, the error message is probably there because you're trying to apply multiple discount codes to your cart, which unfortunately isn't possible. Our system doesn't allow multiple discounts to be combined. It's also not possible to apply a discount code if a volume discount is already active.

Unfortunately it is no longer possible to change an order once it has been placed. Orders are sent straight to the warehouse, which packs the parcels as quickly as possible. If you would still like to change something, please contact [email protected]

Ja. Deze formule werkt met hydroxyapatiet, hetzelfde mineraal waaruit je glazuur is opgebouwd. Het vult microscheurtjes op en versterkt je tanden op een natuurlijke manier.

Hydroxyapatiet is het mineraal dat het grootste deel van je glazuur uitmaakt. In tandpasta hecht het zich aan het oppervlak van je tanden, vult het kleine oneffenheden op en geeft het je tanden een natuurlijke glans.

Poets met een droge borstel — water verdunt de formule. Gebruik een schepje ter grootte van een erwt en poets twee keer per dag zachtjes gedurende twee minuten. Wacht na het eten of na koffie ongeveer 30 minuten voor je poetst.

Hydroxyapatiet legt zich als een fijn laagje over je glazuur en sluit blootliggende kanaaltjes af. Veel mensen ervaren daardoor na enkele weken minder gevoeligheid.

De tandpasta poetst aanslag zachtjes weg en herstelt de natuurlijke glans van je glazuur. Het resultaat is een milde, natuurlijke witheid — zonder bleekmiddel.

De formule is bewust mild opgebouwd, zonder agressieve reinigers. Minder schuim betekent niet minder proper: je poetst even grondig, het voelt gewoon zachter aan in de mond.

De tandpasta zit in een aluminium tube met bamboe dop. Aluminium is eindeloos recycleerbaar zonder kwaliteitsverlies, dus de tube gaat niet verloren als afval.
