FAQ
What should I do if the pump isn't working properly or is clogged?
Clean the bottle thoroughly, fill it with water and pump the water out a few times. This helps to flush the pump properly.
Which products can I use the bottle for?
The bottle is suitable for all WONDR refill cans. Want to switch to a different product? Rinse the pump thoroughly before placing the new refill. This keeps the scents and formulas nicely separate and the pump working smoothly.
How does the refill system work?
You buy the bottle once and refill it each time with a WONDR refill. Unscrew the pump, place the refill in the bottle, screw on the top and put the pump back on.
Do rinse the pump before placing your next refill, especially if you're switching to a different product.
Can the body wash also be used as a shampoo?
This body wash is specially developed to cleanse and soften your skin, so it is not intended as a shampoo. For your hair, we recommend our Hair Boost shampoo and conditioner. For these you buy an extra refill bottle along with the matching can(s). That way you give both your skin and your hair exactly what they need.
How do I fill my refillable pump bottle with a new refill?
Unscrew the pump and the top of the bottle and place the refill in the bottle. Screw the top back on until you hear a click and put the pump back on. Done.
Is the packaging recyclable?
Yes. The refills come in an aluminium can, and aluminium is endlessly recyclable without losing quality.
Is een refill blikje echt duurzamer dan een plastic fles?
Met WONDR Liquids koop je je pompfles één keer en vul je die daarna eindeloos bij. Zo koop je niet bij elke shampoo of body wash een nieuwe plastic fles. De refill blikjes zijn van aluminium, en dat is eindeloos recycleerbaar zonder kwaliteitsverlies.
Voor welk haartype is de Hair Boost shampoo geschikt?
De Hair Boost shampoo is ideaal voor dun en verzwakt haar, maar geschikt voor alle haartypes die meer volume wensen. Ze is verrijkt met rijstproteïne, dat het haaroppervlak verstevigt en helpt om haarbreuk te verminderen. Combineer met de Hair Boost conditioner voor extra verzorging.
Kan ik WONDR bars en Liquids combineren?
Zeker! Bars en Liquids passen perfect samen in één badkamer. Gebruik bijvoorbeeld een shampoo bar en een liquid body wash, of andersom. Zo stel je je eigen navulbare douche-routine samen.
